For my DT project, I used Breast Cancer Fighter in the pre-colored version. Card for a friend of Mom's who is unfortunately struck by this terrible illness as are so many others. Hope you like!

Quickly stopping by to showcase a wedding card, one that never made it to the newlywed couple, it's story, it was eaten by my customer's dog.....No no really!!! Seems puppy thought the pearls might be candy or maybe he wanted to play with the dove. Nonetheless, I loved making it, no copic painting this time :) Different from my regular style but happy with the result! So was the dog ha! Ha!

Here is my second make for this month's challenge. Using Blanche digital image from Saturated Canary as well as soft pink cord, pom pom trimmings and flower buttons from sponsor Tea House Bridge. I added mini pearls as a necklace to match the recycled pearl ornament from old bridal gowns. MS punch, doilies, Copic painted Blanche and a card layer die-cut. Hope you like!

WOW Sympathy Card

 

 

Will winter ever end !?!?!?!? What a storm again yesterday, freezing rain today ugh!!

 

Wellll...bright white *snow* inspired me to make this white on white (WOW) sympathy card for a friend of my Mom's. Sympathy cards are more difficult to make than masculine cards I think, especially when you know the person and the family. So, my challenge for the year is to make a few just for my inventory, no one in mind, maybe that will be easier ?

 

 

I went with layers and layers, flower ribbon, dry embossing and scissor distressing for texture, white pearls, cheesecloth,  punches and dies and a white butterfly to tie everything together. Hope you like!
