3rd project - BTC&G - New Beginnings

Whewwww I almost forgot about my 3rd project for By The Cute & Girly's January challenge. Only a few days to go!!!!! It's the weekend, you have plenty of time, forget the housework and come play with us :)

As for me, I am back in the office half days as of this Monday. Been working from home and am pretty excited about going back. Health is still pretty unstable but better. Being with my gals & pals will help I'm sure!! Life has given me a warning and I am listening...this time :))))

I made this layout with a picture of my wedding. Thought it was perfect for a new beginning's theme. All papers and products used are from the fabulous Boutique Herazz Scapbooking for which this page was made.

From Christmas to Halloween? Why not!

Happy Sunday all!!! I am currently on holidays, relaxing in my fifth-wheel , keeping warm beside my little fireplace and enjoying some *do nothing* time with hubby-to-be and my two little dogs! Storms all night and non-stop rain today makes it the perfect day to simply relax.

Through the magic of WiFi, I am able to be here and share another DT page I created for Herazz Scarpbooking's online store using the fabulous Moxxie *Midnight Dreary* collection now available in their boutique.

I am not very *Halloween* buy found this collecton to be perfect for matching with the many pictures I have of my teen rebels :)

Ode to Gringo

Happy Sunday Bloggers :)

How was your weekend? Mine was quite relaxing. No fifth-wheel, no rodeo, I spent my time scrapping (and doing laundry) and enjoyed every minute :) Lovely weather hoping it stays all week and then on :)) I can always hope! *smile*

I would like to share a special page I did yesteday. As most of you know, my beloved miniature horse Gringo left us 2 weeks ago and as a DT project for the Boutique Herazz Scrapbooking, I was sent the fabulous Zoology papers from BoBunny. I am sure you will agree that these papers were perfect for a keepsake of my cutie mini :)

I am quite pleased with this, photo and layout :)) A little inside joke here at home is that I have always shown this picture saying that these were my two stallions *laugh*.

Sometimes, life is so awesome!!!! Huge snow storm here today, decided to work from home and the cherry on this day is that Geisha came home last night so I get to spend the whole day with her!!!!

The girls at the office made fun of me as I had joked on Friday that I might find a laim excuse to not come to work on Monday seeing that my little flat nosed Pekingese beauty was coming home Ha! Mother Nature and I have a conspiracy *laugh*!

I feel like a new Mom, you know, when you think your baby is the most beautiful baby in the world? Well my dog is! I tell ya :))) Proof? Here she is....

Much to my surprise, my jealous Chihuahua Rambo fell in love too!!! Took him a few minutes of *what the h***???* but then started to cuddle and even accepted being cuddled in my neck with his new little sister :) Proof again?? Here they are...

Ok ok! Enough of the bragging!! But she is sooooooooooo adorable!!!! tchickie tchikie poooo hahahahaha

Some more bits of good news, the vet called me today regarding the letter I had sent following the death of my pooch Valentine (here). In no way do they admit to false diagnosis but they will use our case labelled *Unexplainable* as a training tool and make changes in protocols and....they are refunding us with the $510.00 fees. I will never know what happened but at least Valentine's passing will possibly assist in positive changes. That is the best closure I can get :)

Kaisercraft - Timeless Collection and a new baby girl

Happy Monday all!! I had a wonderful Family Day holiday! Cold but sunny and a visit to see my baby Pekingese.....OMG!!!!!! She is the cutest little creature!!!!!

You read right, after the sudden departure of my sweet Valentine, there has been a terrible void for myself, my family and her passing caused my Labradaor to fall in depression....loss of hair, no desire to play, eat, etc. So...... like a gift from heaven, we were offered a baby pekingese that will be coming home next Sunday! Unlike Valentine, our new little girl is blonde, giving her a whole different look as there is no way I wished to compare or replace my flat nosed black beauty. Geisha will be her name and I am in Love!!!!!!!!!! Hoping this will heal Wendy's (Labrador) loneliness. Ohhhhhhhh I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an easy peasy little card to share today. From the Timeless collection by Kaisercraft, I managed a quick yet very effective (I think) masculine card.

My Father-In-Law loves to play cards therefore I can say that his Father's Day card is ready :))) Wish I was so organized for everything else!!

Winter horse

Good evening crafters :) And....followers!!! Have you seen?? I am now at 57 lovely followers!!!! Awesome....let me do a little happy dance tadadada Da! Tadadadada Da! Thank you so much xox

Today, I am presenting something very different for me! A card using a picture as main focus. Boy did I have to search deep in my creative cells for this one!!! Being a horse lover, used this picture to get my creative juices flowing and may I say that I am quite happy with the result.

I had to play with vellum just because I NEVER use it! Decided to emboss it and wow! Will continue making these little challenges for myself as I have so many wonderful products but seem to always be leaning towards the ones I am comfortable with. Are you the same way?

Ici je me suis amusée avec mes nouveaux jouets dont la matrice de découpe Tim Holtz de Sizzix *Bigz Reindeer* utilisée dans ma Cuttlebug et mon nouveau poinçon dimensionnel *Double Water Lilly* de Martha Stewart.

Je vous présente ce soir une page *designer* pour la Boutique Herazz Scrapbooking qui est pour moi, vraiment hors de l'ordinaire!! Pourquoi? Parce qu'il y a quasi rien sur ma page!! Ha! Ha!


Il a vraiment fallu que je me contrôle sur l'ajout de papiers, embellissement etc ouffffff Pas évident pour la reine des gugusses!!! Ha! Ha! Tout ça pour laisser la vedette aux merveilleux papiers de Bo Bunny mais surtout à cette merveilleuse photo de maman lorsqu'elle avait à peine 17 ans! Voici donc une page de style shabby, incluant aussi les rubans de Webster's pages, une breloque cameo, utilisation du distress ink aged mohawgony afin de relier le tout et quelques perles bleu pâle de Kaiser Kraft :)

Vous savez quoi? Malgré sa simplicité, j'aime beaucoup cette page!!!......et ma maman ;)

Avant de quitter, avez-vous vu ma réglette de perte de poids au haut de cette page???? Je suis a moitié chemin wahoooooooo 40 livres des perdues depuis ce lundi ta da da da da DA! Bye bye Penningtons et Addition-elle!!!

Un petit coucou pour vous annoncer une super bonne nouvelle!! J'ai été choisie comme artiste invitée pour le mois de Novembre sur le blog By The Cute And Girly :) Je suis tellement choyée ces temps-ci.... vraiment! Étonnée mais oh combien honorée que mes réalisations soient remarquées. Alors rendez-vous en novembre pour le dévoilement de mes créations pour ce *spot* invité, incluant ma toute première réalisation utilisant une étampe digitale.

Bon Dimanche à toutes! Ici un peu gris, à l'extérieur et dans mon petit coeur.....fin Septembre et début de l'automne signifient le temps de la chasse à l'orignal, donc du temps en solitude pour toutes ces veuves de chasse comme moi! Certaines diront que ce sont des vacances mais dans mon cas, mes vacances ne se prennent qu'aux côtés de mon amour! - Paroles réconfortantes qu'il m'a laissé avant son départ:
